This is standard for hardware products in development and production.
4. Pre-Orders & Deposits
We may offer Products on a pre-order basis before they enter full production.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Pre-orders require either a deposit or full payment (amount stated at checkout)
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing changes
- Pre-order payments secure your place in the production queue
4.1 Refundability of Deposits
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:
- Deposits are refundable up until production of your unit begins
- Once production begins, deposits become non-refundable because materials and components are allocated
We will notify you before your unit enters production.
5. Orders & Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards and listed payment providers.
By submitting payment, you confirm:
- You are authorised to use the payment method
- All billing information is accurate
- You agree to pay all charges incurred
We may cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
6. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
Prices may or may not include:

- Installation fees
All applicable costs will be shown at checkout.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

You will receive an estimated delivery window after your order enters production.
7.3 Installation

8. Cancellations & Refund Policy
8.1 Standard Orders
You may cancel a standard order until the Product ships.
8.2 Pre-Orders
- Refundable until your unit enters production
- Non-refundable once production begins
- Fully refundable if we cancel the product or discontinue your configuration
8.3 Returns
Due to the size and nature of our Products, returns are only accepted for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping damage
- Warranty claims
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the Product fits through doors, hallways, staircases, and access areas.
9. Warranty
Each Product includes a limited manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months covering:

- Electrical component failures
- Manufacturing issues
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Customer modifications
- Improper installation
- Misuse or negligence
Extended warranties may be offered at checkout.
