These Pre-Order Terms (“Terms”) govern your pre-order of XseedR products, including ThinkPod and GamePod units (“Products”). By placing a pre-order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are pre-purchasing a product that is currently in development or production.
  • Features, specifications, or appearance may evolve as part of ongoing engineering improvements.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Deposit Structure

To secure your unit, you may be required to place a refundable deposit or pay full price, depending on the option selected at checkout.

3. Refundability of Deposits

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are fully refundable until your unit enters production.
  • Once production begins, deposits become non-refundable because materials and components have been allocated.
  • We will notify you when your unit moves into the production phase.

4. Full Payment

If you place a deposit only:

  • The remaining balance will be due prior to shipment.
  • Failure to pay the balance within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

5. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Engineering refinements
  • Supply chain changes
  • Testing and safety validation
  • Manufacturing and logistics constraints

We will communicate revised timelines as needed.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to the start of production for a full refund of your deposit.

7. Product Changes

We reserve the right to modify design features, finishes, materials, or internal components as part of iterative improvement.

8. Warranty

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including supply shortages, shipping delays, labour issues, or force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

UK orders are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
US orders are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the customer resides.


REFUND POLICY

Before Production Starts

  • Full refund of deposit or payment.

After Production Begins

  • Deposits become non-refundable.
  • Full payments may receive partial refunds depending on component allocation and labour costs.

If XseedR Cancels the Product

  • All customers receive a full refund, including deposits and partial payments.

If Customer Refuses Delivery

  • Return shipping and handling fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Products

Covered under the Warranty Policy. Replacements will be issued where applicable.
